Placed an order and something doesn’t look right? Here’s how we can help:

  • Track your order anytime from the Track Order page using your registered mobile number.
  • Wrong item, missing product, or damaged package? Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • Need to change your address or cancel? Contact us before dispatch and we’ll do our best.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India — pay only when your order arrives.
  • Secure online payments (UPI & Cards) are coming soon.
  • We never store your card or UPI details.
💰 Free delivery on orders above ₹499. Below that, a flat ₹50 delivery charge applies.

🚚 Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 2–5 working days across India. You’ll receive an Order ID to track your shipment end to end.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

How do I track my order?
Go to the Track Order page and sign in with your registered mobile number. You’ll see live status (Ordered → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered) and an estimated delivery date for every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically delivered in 2–5 working days across India, depending on your location.
What are the shipping charges?
Delivery is free on orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat ₹50 delivery charge applies.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across India. Secure online payments (UPI & Cards) are coming soon.
Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong items within 7 days of delivery. Used or opened products (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method (or as a replacement, if you prefer).
My product arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re sorry! Please message us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a quick replacement or refund.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to update or cancel it for you.
