📌 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ZULI Cosmetics website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

🧾 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have consent of a parent/guardian) and capable of entering a legally binding contract to purchase from our website.

👤 Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account details and mobile number accurate and secure. Please ensure your delivery information is correct to avoid failed deliveries.

🛍️ Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We reserve the right to accept, limit, or cancel any order — for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• If we cancel a prepaid order, you’ll receive a full refund.

💳 Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Cash on Delivery is available across India; secure online payments (UPI & Cards) are coming soon.
• We do not store your card or UPI details.
• We strive for accuracy, but if a pricing error occurs, we’ll inform you before processing.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 2–5 working days across India. Free delivery on orders above ₹499; a flat ₹50 applies below that. Full details on our Shipping Policy.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only for damaged, defective, or wrong products. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

🎨 Product Information

We work hard to display products accurately. However, actual colours and shades may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and photography. Product descriptions are for general guidance — always review ingredients if you have sensitivities or allergies.

Our products are intended for external cosmetic use as directed. ZULI Cosmetics is not responsible for misuse of products or reactions arising from failure to follow instructions or perform a patch test. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
