📋 Overview

We want your ZULI order to reach you quickly and safely. This policy covers how we process, ship, and deliver orders across India, along with charges and timelines.

⚡ Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once dispatched, you’ll receive an Order ID to track your shipment.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Metro cities: 2–3 working days
• Other cities & towns: 3–5 working days
• Remote / rural areas: 5–7 working days

💰 Shipping Charges

• FREE delivery on all orders above ₹499.
• A flat ₹50 delivery charge applies to orders below ₹499.
• Charges (if any) are always shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

💵 Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India — pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. Secure online payments (UPI & Cards) are coming soon.

📍 Order Tracking

Track every order in real time from Ordered → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered. Just visit the Track Order page and sign in with your registered mobile number.

🇮🇳 Delivery Locations

We deliver across India to all serviceable PIN codes through our trusted courier partners. If your area is temporarily not serviceable, our team will contact you with alternatives.

⚠️ Delays & Exceptions

Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

• Severe weather, natural events, or regional restrictions.
• Courier or logistics disruptions and high-volume sale periods.
• Incorrect or incomplete address, or unavailability at delivery.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier typically re-attempts. Please keep your phone reachable so delivery can be completed smoothly.
